The Andi is a 475-unit multi-residential property spread across two buildings in Dorchester’s South Bay development. Our work on the project included the design and implementation of interior, exterior, and garage signage. 

Our client, Pritzker Realty, wanted interesting signage at the entry and at the residential units, but understated signage in the rest of the building. For the building identification sign, we recreated the building’s identity using a modern twist on neon, which uses embedded LEDs to create the look of neon but is safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional neon tubes.
