In the Works, May 2020 — Whitney Veigas | Design Driven Architectural Signage

We were invited by Phoenix Property Company (Dallas, TX) and Neoscape, a full service creative agency specializing in branding and visual storytelling here in Boston, to create a custom design-build signage program for ORA Seaport.

ORA Seaport is a high end multi-residential property in the Boston Seaport that is slated to open later this spring. We are so excited to be able to put the finishing touches on this residential project once construction resumes!

We have lots of other exciting projects in the works in various stages of development as well. On the implementation front, we have just wrapped up our sign program for the first phase of Packard Crossing in Allston, for our client Hamilton Construction Management Corporation, in partnership with Hacin + Associates. We look forward to installing the last components of this design-build program this week.

We also have many projects on the design boards keeping us busy, to include an interior and exterior sign program for Haynes House Apartments. Haynes House is a multi-family residential project owned by Madison Park Development Corporation (MPDC) that is currently being renovated in Roxbury MA, in conjunction with Davis Square Architects. We have also been working with New Boston Builders and Embarc Studio on a design build project for Tempo, a multi-residential project at 3193 Washington street in Jamaica Plain.

In the academic environment, we have been working with Ai3 Architects to design sign programs for three elementary schools in Watertown MA, and a sign program for The East Providence High School in Providence, RI.
