Radio Factory is a 141-unit residential redevelopment and expansion of an old mill building where radio equipment was manufactured nearly 100 years ago.

Branding Iron was commissioned to develop the identity for the project, as well as conceptual designs for exterior building identification signage and primary interior signage. Our team developed these concepts into a comprehensive interior and exterior sign program. The signage incorporated faux blackened steel finishes on both the interior and exterior signs, and a faux Corten steel finish on a specialty branding element at the reception desk.
